"Breaking out...out of the frame, results in several of my pieces being complete without frames or in some cases, parts of the painting projecting beyond the frame. Although I enjoy traditional painting, I break away using layered papers, varied textures, and non traditional combinations in my paintings. I separate my work from computer generated art by adding texture to both paintings and sculpture.

In sculpture, I leave chisel marks or finger prints in clay. I explore various mediums and move from figurative to complete abstraction in three dimensional work."
